Welcome to WOW Longevity. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and all related longevity and wellness services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

WOW Longevity Centre, Altaona Sports & Wellness Resort, Murcia (Spain). The centre is opening soon. The company name, registered address, tax ID (NIF) and commercial-registry details will be published here before any paid service opens (Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE).

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to misuse our services or attempt to access them through unauthorized means.

Paid memberships are not open yet and nothing is charged online; you can register your interest. Before any paid plan opens, its price, billing period, how to cancel and your 14-day right of withdrawal under Spanish consumer law will be set out here and confirmed to you before you pay. The free account has no charge.

Our services are designed to support general wellness and longevity goals. The member app and its AI Habit Assistant give general lifestyle guidance; they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and AI answers are not reviewed by a clinician. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new health or wellness programme. In an emergency, call 112. Individual results may vary.

How we collect, use and protect your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Accepting these Terms is not consent to any data processing; where we need your consent (for example to send your health data to our AI provider, or for marketing), we ask for it separately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WOW Longevity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
