Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade from Digital to Core or VIP, the intake fee will apply if you haven't already completed the intake process.

You can cancel your membership at any time with no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. The intake fee is non-refundable, as it covers diagnostic services already rendered. We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for new subscriptions in compliance with EU consumer protection law.
